Ash is among the most skilled, prepared, and professional actors that I've ever worked with. Coming into an existing production is never easy, especially when the role is such an important one to that season's story arc, but Ash did so seamlessly. We work entirely asynchronously, and doing that while still maintaining strong and believable dynamics and interactions with other performers is not an easy thing to pull off. Every single scene Ash has been in is indistinguishable from one where everyone's in the same studio together. And beyond that, Ash has been an absolute pleasure to work with, always ahead of deadlines and offering smart, relevant feedback that demonstrates a singular investment not just in the character being played, but the story being told.

Ash Albiniak has performed in several audio plays as part of my Theatrical Shenanigans podcast and she is always able to bring the character to life exactly the way its needed. Very prompt and professional and easily someone I would have involved in projects over and over again.
